Professional Development for RTOs
The Department of Education and Training (DET) is dedicated to supporting professional development for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) involved in the delivery and assessment of Vocational Education and Training (VET) and continually strives to ensure the quality and integrity of the VET system is maintained across the Northern Territory.
The Northern Territory is committed to enhancing the quality of the VET system at both local and national levels and will endeavour to implement strategies appropriate to the Northern Territory to achieve national consistency.
Professional development is one of many strategies supported by DET to assist in maintaining a base of highly skilled vocational education and training practitioners to support the AQTF 2007 and improve the quality of VET products and services.
