800,000 Series logbooks
(1 March) The 70000 series Logbooks have been updated and replaced. The new 800000 series Logbooks were implemented on 1 March 2008 for distribution to all Theory 1 classes. Amendments to the new logbook incorporate a comprehensive overview of the Program and information regarding process requirements, as well as the inclusion of a new sign-off process through Certificates of Competency.
Please be aware that the sign-off process included in the revised Logbook will not affect existing students (prior to 1 March 2008). If you would like further information regarding the update, please contact the DTAL Program Manager via email at dtal.DET@nt.gov.au or phone (08) 8901 1330.
DTAL Theory 1 assessment
(1 March) The DTAL Theory 1 Assessment and process has been upgraded and implemented for use effective 1 March 2008. All DTAL Theory Instructors should now have certified copies of the new assessment procedures, including associated documentation.
