Build Skills NT
Build Skills NT is a Government initiative to assist Northern Territory employers to up-skill or re-skill existing workers with appropriate qualifications and licences to practice their trades.
The initiative aims to minimise the effect of current and emerging skill shortages and increase the productivity of the Territory workforce.
This initiative targets groups of employees, not individuals, identified by industry associations or union organisations to increase the skill level of their workers.
Employees in skill shortage occupations or are to be affected by licensing or legislative requirements are eligible for assistance.
