Special Pedagogies

Through the co-development of the Teaching and Learning Framework, this project aims to enhance teaching and learning support for middle and senior years students with a range of special needs including boys and Indigenous senior girls, those at risk in literacy and numeracy, those with disabilities and gifted and talented students.

The framework has been developed using National and International research. The Special Pedagogies project focuses on the evidence of what the Teaching and Learning Framework looks like in action for the above learner groups.

Key aspects of this project are the development of an online learning environment, which includes professional learning modules, and exemplars of good practice, face-to-face professional learning and hard copy resources.
