Resourcing students with disabilities
The Special Education Needs Resourcing (SENR) project aims to develop and implement a new, more objective and equitable model for the allocation of Inclusion Support Funding (ISF) to mainstream government schools to assist students with disabilities to access the curriculum. Additionally, this project will assist with DET's progress towards the introduction of a new Staff Allocation Formula for special needs students, and the ongoing improvement of data entry by schools in the Special Education Needs (SEN) module of the Student Administration and Management System (SAMS).
