Leadership of Learning
Leadership of Learning - Professional Learning is supported by leaders at all levels (not just positional leaders), who model and contribute to the development of a learning culture.
Focusing on leadership at all levels and in all workplaces is essential to ensure the changing needs of the Territory are met. Effective leaders foster an environment conducive to learning and continuous improvement. They model the giving and receiving of feedback that is rich, authentic and purposeful. Leaders provide learning opportunities and ensure that professional learning is well resourced and has sustained, immediate and quality support. Leaders provide feedback and evaluate the impact of professional learning on student/business outcomes.
