Study tours and excursions

The International Services Branch coordinates study tours that enrich the educational experiences of overseas students visiting the Northern Territory.

Northern Territory Schools are available to host visiting groups of students and teachers. Homestay accommodation with Australian families can be arranged by the host schools.

The tour programs are designed to meet the specific needs of the tour group. A typical study tour will combine a mix of English language lessons, cultural and tourist activities.

The cost will depend on length of the tour however a firm cost including ground transport in Australia, meals, accommodation, entrance fees and use of school facilities and equipment will be negotiated when all requirements are known.
