Indigenous Scholarship Program
More Indigenous teachers wanted - Fast track your teaching career!
The Department of Education and Training (DET) is offering a limited number of Indigenous Territorians scholarships in Teacher Education in 2008. If you are enrolled or planning to enrol in a degree for Teacher Education you might be interested in one of a limited number of the scholarships.
The new scholarships are a great opportunity to gain your degree whilst being paid a salary to study full-time. Conditions include:
- Payment at salary level whilst studying
- Reimbursement of HECS fees
- Twelve-week work placement in DET and continued support over the course of study in line with program requirements.
