Enrolments and attendance 2007-2008

Enrolment and attendance data are collected eight times per year in Week 4 and Week 8 of each term. Enrolment is the number of students enrolled on the collection day. Attendance is the average student attendance over the four weeks preceding the collection.

The data presented in the tables below compares the enrolment and attendance data collected in Week 8 on 20 March 2008 (collection 2) with the corresponding collection 2 in 2007.

The data is grouped by geolocation as fellows:

  • Provincial - Darwin and Palmerston schools
  • Remote - Alice Springs and Katherine schools
  • Very Remote - All other NT schools

Attendance is indicated by the lines and the right scale - average student attendance percentage. The Mar(2) data corresponds with the individual school table - enrolment and attendance for March (collection 2) available by school (pdf 30Kb) or geolocation (pdf 164Kb) order.
